Features

We specialize in complete structural steel construction. All columns are HSS and all deck supports are structural steel channel and I-beams. Exposed edges have handrail and kick plates installed. A simple nut and bolt design allows for easy dismantling and relocation.

Increase your square footage of floor space without increasing your overhead cost. ESS mezzanines can eliminate the need for new building construction or the possibility of having to secure additional leased space.

Optional

ESS offers a choice of formed checker plate or bar and grate stair treads as well as removable access gates. A variety of deck finishes are available. Corrugated steel deck c/w T&G plywood which is durable, economical and suitable for general storage or in-plant offices. Bar and grating is strong and the most versatile type of open deck available for allowing the transfer of heat and ventilation between levels. Checker plate offers outstanding wear resistance with an embossed pattern to reduce slippage. Checker plate is primarily used for heavy load applications.
