ESS manufactures premium quality guardhouse buildings. Our buildings
offer an efficient working environment for your on site security,
ticket booth or scale house personnel.
Quality
Our durable guardhouse buildings are virtually maintenance free.
Interior walls are finished with a vinyl covered gypsum panel and can
be easily wiped down with a damp cloth. The exterior is a highly
corrosion resistant, prepainted Galvalume steel siding. Customers can
choose from a list of stock colours.

ESS specializes in custom designs and will assist you in developing the best layout
to suit your specific needs.
Design
Our factory-assembled design allows your building to be shipped
complete and ready for immediate occupancy upon connection to your
existing site services.
Optional
Various optional items are available such as: fixed or sliding windows:
GPW or laminated safety glass; tinted glass; heat and air conditioning;
work counters and cabinetry; transaction drawers; exterior lighting
fixtures; roof overhangs, and washroom facilities to name a few.
Warranty
ESS portable buildings include one full year manufacturers warranty against defects
in workmanship and materials.
